Głównie za „Something” (mój numer jeden The Beatles song). 29 listopada 1969 roku single “Come Together/Something” był na topie Billboardu. 18 numer jeden grupy w Stanach. 27 listopada 1970 roku wyszedł album “All Things Must Pass”. 29 listopada 2001 roku George przegrał z rakiem. Miał 58 lat.
